Current registration fees
It is always best to get the latest fee schedule directly from the Copyright Office, www.copyright.gov/docs/fees.html.
As of August 1, 2009, the fees for a basic registration are:
- Online filing via eCO — $35
- Paper filing via Form CO — $50
- Paper filing via legacy Form VA — $65
